Field of work: Christian specialises in transport and shipping. Christian focus on contractual matters, negotiation of terms, insurance coverage, etc. relating to transport services, in particular road haulage, shipping, aviation port operations and stevedoring. Christian’s experience includes negotiation and drafting of contracts such as, for example, port operation contracts, framework agreements, haulage contracts, charter parties, tenders, etc. relating to ordinary transport assignments as well as individually, tailored projects and logistics services. Christian also offer advice and help to clients on such matters as, for example, cargo claims, insurance issues, handling warehousing, lien, retention, claims for freight, litigation and arbitration, and the majority of his work has ties to multiple foreign jurisdictions. Christian hosts seminars on topics related to transport and shipping law on a regular basis and has, for example, lecturing on courses for the Danish Freight Forwarders Association. |
